1、 Working principle and structure

The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through an overflow weir. Due to the small and smooth gaps on the screen surface and the large gaps on the back, the drainage is smooth and not easily blocked; Solid substances are intercepted, and filtered water flows out from the gaps of the sieve plate. At the same time, under hydraulic action, the solid substances are pushed into the spiral groove at the lower end of the sieve plate, and then pushed forward by the spiral to the extrusion section for further dehydration. The dehydrated dry residue is discharged from the discharge port, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
